Bhagwat Katha/Ram Katha

Bhagwat Katha, written by sage Ved Vyasa, was enchanted with flawless incantations by Param Pujya Shri Devji Maharaj. Shrimad Bhagwat Katha subtly covers all the topics pertaining to the socio-political and economic system and brings forth the best in real life and beautifully describes the concept of eternal freedom and human bond with spiritual communion. Ardent devotees of Vishnu listened to the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha with profound seriousness as it will ultimately bring freedom form the world and disturbing activities

Param Pujya Shri Devji Maharaj enchanted the 24 incarnations of Lord Vishnu in complete detail and enlightened the heart and minds of thousands of devotees who listened to every part of incantation with fervor and ultimate devotion. Param Pujya Shri Devji Maharaj says that Bhagavat Gita offers enlightenment and direction which helps human being to get through and feel the freedom from the mundane world and other human bound materialistic pleasures. By listening to the incantations of Bhagwat Katha in Hindi and Sanskrit, devotees reach as close to Moksha as possible and moreover, it open the doors to heaven in the form of Vishnu.

Param Pujya Shri Devji Maharaja, during the recitation of Srimad Bahgvad Gita, addressed the importance of Srimad Bhagvad in human conduct and how humans should lead their life showing complete devotion to Lord Vishnu. Thakur Ji, also enchanted the mantras referring to Bhagwat Gita quotes to give a more detailed account for Bhagvat Gita and the influence it can bring on human life. Param Pujya Shri Devji Maharaja alternated the incantations with the holy discourse where the true meaning of Bhagavat Gita was highlighted to the devotees of Lord Vishnu.

Lord Vishnu is considered one of the powerful deities in the Hindu religion, and Shrimad Bhagwat provides the light and shows the path to reach Lord Vishnu and remain at her feet to seek spiritual bliss and freedom from the cycle of life and death forever. Param Pujya Shri Devji Maharaja remarked that listening to Bhagwad Gita not only gives devotees complete freedom from the vicious and mundane life, but it also directs the path of human being towards positivity and god.

Concentrating on the teachings of bhagwat geeta, Param Pujya Shri Devji Maharaja says that, “Bhagwat Katha will not only liberates the human soul who listens to the Katha, but also all the members of the family from physical attachment of the devotees to the mundane life.”

Further giving the discourse during the Bhagwat Katha, Param Pujya Shri Devji Maharaja says that human beings not only get liberated from the world pleasures only after they die, but they can also overcome from worldly pleasure by listening to teachings as written in Shrimad Bhagwat Katha.

Ram Katha

Rama: An incarnation of God. The story of His earthly life is told in the Hindu epic, the Ramayana. In this story, Rama's dearly beloved wife is kidnapped by a demon. After much difficulty, Rama eventually succeeds in slaying the demon, rescuing his wife, and restoring her to her former position. Allegorically speaking, this represents God's salvation of the individual soul.

Rama: The hero of the Ramayana, regarded by the Hindus as a Divine Incarnation…

     > SRIMAD – BHAGAVATM is the incarnation of God and was complied by shrila Vyasadeva, who is also an incarnation of God Head.

     > This is known as ‘Pancham Veda’ (Fifth Vedas).

     > Vedas are the wish yielding trees, Brahama Sutras are the flowers of that tree Srimad Bhagavatam is the fruit of that tree.

     > This Bhagavat fruit is bereft of rival and stone. It is full of nectarine rasa.

     > This fruit when ripened in the Transcendental Goloka – Virndaban was brought down on the mandane plane by Sri Shukdeva (son of srila Vyasadeva).

     > It is an ocean of devotional rasa (essence) and flows the nectar of Devotion.

     > This is Purely spiritual, Faultless and totally free from triple qualities of Maya; This holy book of Books is most dear one to the Viashnavas (The crest jewel devotees of God).

     > It is complied after having extracted the cream of all Vedic literatures and histories.

     > It makes a man entirely liberated from the fright of “Kaal” (death).

     > Srimad Bhagavat is an unification of wisdom, devotion and renunciation (Gyana, Bhakati, Vairagya)

     > This Bhagavat Puran is as brilliant as the sun and it has arisen just after the departure of lord Krishna for this own abode.

     > Srimad – bhagavat make the death – blissful.

     > Shrimad - Bhagavtam is essence of all Vedanta Philosophy.

     > Sri Krishna, revealed this unique and unparallel lamp of Transcendental wisdom (*Srimad Bhagavatam) to the heart of the first creator Brahma and Brahma to Sage Narada.

     > Further, Narada, revelaled this to venerable Sage Sri Vyasadeva and Vyasadeva to his dispassionate son Sri Sukhdeva and Sukhdeva to Maharaja Prikshit.

     > Parikshit was saved by Sri Krishna, out of his causeless intimate mercy (from the missile weapon"Brahmastra") shot by Ashvatthama when he (Parikshit) was in his mother’s womb.
